The Last Chance Canal Company operates in the beautiful Gem Valley in southeastern Idaho. Our irrigation water is sourced from the Bear River Basin, which covers parts of Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah. The Last Chance Canal Company diversions from the Bear River Basin represent the largest irrigation use in Idaho and the second largest using Bear River water.
